Hello

Life is hectic and schedules are impossible.

In all this, our health is the first thing to get pushed to the backseat.

This happened with me at 27.

I felt DRAINED. I felt EXHAUSTED in life. I felt DEFEATED in life.

And then Yoga happened to me.

I want to share the same tools, just as my teachers taught me-

In a SIMPLISTIC and SYSTEMATIC manner. ​

There is so much yoga everywhere, but step by step, methodical teaching is rare.

I share what I have learnt from my teachers under the Sivananda lineage.​

The programme is an authentic Hatha yoga tradition going back over 70 years.

It is curated especially for the modern day lifestyle and challenges.
