Hello!
Scheduling in a busy life is impossible.
Our Health is the first thing to be neglected in all of this. This happened with me at 27. I felt Drained, Exhausted and Defeated in life and then Yoga happened to me. Just like my instructors taught me, I aspire to provide the same tools - Simplicistically and systematically.
There is so much yoga everywhere, but step by step, methodical teaching is rare. I share what I have learned from my Sivananda lineage instructors. The programme is an authentic, more than 70-year-old Hatha yoga tradition curated especially for the modern day lifestyle and challenges.
