And then Yoga happened to me.
I want to share the same tools, just as my teachers taught me-

There is so much yoga everywhere, but step by step, methodical teaching is rare.
I share what I have learnt from my teachers under the Sivananda lineage.
The programme is an authentic Hatha yoga tradition going back over 70 years.
It is curated especially for the modern day lifestyle and challenges.

- The pack is valid for 50 Days
Refunds
The classes are non transferrable and non refundable to the next pack.
Cancellations
- Any cancellation has to be made atleast 2 hours before the session
- In every pack, there are 2 makeup classes (wherein, you have to cancel at the last minute)
