My Story
From corporate life to Yoga.
I trained as an engineer and spent several years in the corporate world.
Life was busy, fast-paced, growing and constantly moving. Somewhere along the way, I found myself not being able to take care of my health.
And then Yoga happened.
What began as a personal practice gradually changed the way I understood my body, breath, mind.
From practice to purpose.
Over the decade, I had the opportunity to learn from teachers who introduced me to Yoga beyond the physical practice.
I began to understand how movement, breath, rest, meditation and everyday choices could work together and how powerful these practices could be when they were kept simple enough.
What started with Yoga sessions has since grown into one-to-one work, workshops and programmes, corporate wellbeing and retreats, working with people across different ages, cultures and stages of life.
The way I teach.
Simple. Practical. Accessible.
These three words have stayed at the heart of my work.
I don't believe wellbeing needs to feel complicated or become another thing we're trying to fit in.
Whether I'm working one-to-one, with a room full of people, or on a retreat, I try to help people understand what they're doing, experience it for themselves, and find ways to bring it into everyday life.
